It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Sister Valerie Gary Bell, President of the Connectional Lay Organization who was called home from labor to reward on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. President Bell was the spouse of Donald Bell Sr, mother of Donald Bell Jr. (Adrienne) and Derrick Bell, and the niece of Dr. Shirley Cason- Reed, Immediate Past President of the Women's Missionary Society.
